Teaching and Training : The terms teaching and training are probably used interchangeably and people are unable to distinguish between teaching and training. No one understands the relationship between teaching and training because they think that both words have the same meaning and can use one instead of the other.

Only an expert in a given subject or field provides training to students who want to be skilled in that field. The trainers impart knowledge, improve the professional skills of the participants, work on their weaknesses and prepare them to face the challenges of the field in the work area.

Training is carried out with the aim of improving the potential, competence, efficiency, productivity and experience of the trainee. It provides basic knowledge of working life, office culture and factory environment to new graduates preparing for work.
